Welcome to QExA HAWAI‘I
Senior couple, 65 and older QUEST Expanded Access (QExA) is the Medicaid program for seniors, 65 and older, and people of all ages with disabilities.

QExA is a managed care program created by the Department of Human Services (DHS). QExA provides clients with:

  • A better way to get care that includes choosing a doctor who takes care of them and makes sure clients get the care they need
  • Improved access to quality healthcare
  • Expanded services designed to fit the clients' needs

QExA clients receive Medicaid healthcare services through a health plan.
