QUEST Expanded Access (QExA) is the Medicaid program for seniors, 65 and older, and people of all ages with disabilities.
QExA is a managed care program created by the Department of Human Services (DHS). QExA provides clients with:
- A better way to get care that includes choosing a doctor who takes care of them and makes sure clients get the care they need
- Improved access to quality healthcare
- Expanded services designed to fit the clients' needs
QExA clients receive Medicaid healthcare services through a health plan.
